They came and got info on the service that I wanted right away, we waited in waiting area until finished, they came and told us it was done and what they done and final cost, they didn't use the coupon I had brought in for oil change for 76.99, they went ahead and charged normal rate, they gave me a 10 dollar off coupon, but then charged me 30 dollars to change a valve stem in my tire that only cost 9.95, then they don't put the right valve stem cap back on tire so now one cap is black and others are chrome, and tire pressure was set at around 50 pounds on all tires, when normally they are at 35, then the bill didn't show if they checked brake shoe condition or even thickness, or have a checklist of what they actually did .

After my new truck completely shut down on me the previous week on the highway, I had to call 4 times the following week to get an appointment for service, left 3 messages Monday thru Wednesday, and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK> I repeat NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I Had to call a 4th time on Thursday to get someone to answer the phone, to schedule service. Terrible service. Truck had less than 2 thousand miles. Ron Pleus

I am somewhat disappointed with what I was offered in trade-in. That's on me, though, for not bargaining for a better deal. I realize Jim Butler is in business to make money. However, when I find that my vehicle is listed the next day on the website at more than twice what I was given in trade-in makes me feel that I got screwed. I also realize they are not going to get the listed price for it. But still, what I was shown as the value of my trade was wholesale value. I thought to myself at the time, "Yes, this truck is 10 years old, they are not going to keep it. They're probably just going to get rid of it at a wholesale auction." Then to see it the next day in the used vehicles section at more than twice my trade-in was a bit irritating. I was hoping the dealership might be more fair in the deal. Yep, I got screwed. But like I said, that's on me for not bargaining harder.

I had a check engine light come on the day before w reduced engine power & having 146k miles i was concerned & called 2 other dealerships but i couldnt get appt until august?! Rachel was very helpful & friendly & managed to get me in a day or so later & johnathan plus the tech managed to diagnose what was wrong & the cost hurt to fix but after i asked if you offered veteran discount it helped ease some of my pain! Unfortunately they also found more that needed attention which due to my run of bad luck of late & multiple funerals in 2 weeks i decided to bring my truck back to have the other parts replaced but again rachel remembered me somehow & the service dept was extremely busy on friday afternoon but the advisors worked thru the backlog with good attitudes & steady efficiency! We have been looking for a new/used vehicle for a while and had contacted many different dealers. Brian at Jim Butler was by far the best! He went above and beyond my expectations. He spent a lot of time helping me set up and program the dash and explained what everything did. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He was not pushy as many are at car dealers. When we would get back from a test drive he would ask us what we thought but never mentioned looking at numbers as other have with us, he would always leave us alone for a few minutes to discuss our thoughts and didn't try to change our minds on which vehicle to buy. Although it is over a 2 hour drive from our house and we drove past several other Chevy dealers, we would go back to Brian at Jim Butler for our next vehicle!

I will comment after I find out how they are going to handle the issues that I am having with the transmission they put in. I had trouble with the transmission in this 2015 Silverado when it was new and they said that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. The transmission finely went out and they put a rebuilt one in (from Mexico) Now, I am suggesting that they take it the Steinmetz Automotive in Jefferson City. I guess we will see.

We paid for the plan to cover oil and lube jobs. So you all should have that on our account. 1st time they wanted to charge us. After awhile of looking up our contract they found that it was part of what we paid for. This time same thing two guys were scrolling through our account again to find it. Wouldn't it just be easy to put it in our account. No charge. We were stupid with our last car. We had paid for free oil and lube but we forgot that and were charged when we had them done. So this time we are aware what we.paid for.

My concerns with my truck was disregarded and I was told my truck had no issues and then it was towed back to dealership with in nine days and I was told I would have to pay 21,066.49 for repairs to fuel system due to fuel containment issues and apparently they will not warranty it even though I have extended warranty and it has 34,000 miles . It never showed a code on truck and apparently that system is faulty due to the fuel pumps corrosion that containment my fuel. And it's the same fuel that was in it on Sept 18 to Sept 30 . 60 gallons. Another truck is in their shop with the same issues and they apparently are warranty it because that customer buys a truck every other year.

We understand how frustrating this situation has been. Unfortunately, the issue with your truck was caused by contaminated diesel fuel — specifically, water mixed in with the fuel — which is not covered by any manufacturer or extended warranty. We did everything we could to assist, including attempting to flush the system at your request, but as explained, there was no guarantee this would resolve the issue. GM’s warranty guidelines clearly state that repairs needed due to contaminated or poor-quality fuel are not considered a defect in materials or workmanship. We always strive to help our customers when possible, but in cases of fuel contamination, the damage results from an external source and not a factory defect. If you’d like, we’re happy to review your repair records again and discuss potential goodwill options with GM, though final warranty decisions are determined by the manufacturer. It was a great experience! Lots of trucks to choose from which is why I went there, and found the perfect truck for me. Trying to get warranty work done ,was very disappointed.My new Silverado had electrical issues and I was told it was normal,after taking it back a couple times I was told they couldn’t fix it. The issue was a safety issue to me so I went to Bulter main management and first thing he told me with an attitude there was no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty,but when I bought the new Silverado it had a bumper to bumper warranty. I finally got the truck fixed for now but I will think seriously about trading there again.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change I assume that was done. However the multipoint inspection is a joke, vehicle had a low tire light on when I brought it in everything checked off good didn’t even check air in tires.. I assume nothing else checked either. You need some quality control measures in place and check up on your service techs. Not impressed

I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I asked them specifically NOT to fix the tire pressure sensor because of the price. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes to finish with my car. They fixed one tire sensor that I said not to fix and now none of my tire pressure sensors work. I had to pay for the sensor that they fixed but left with none working. I don't know that I will ever return to Butler or when looking for a new vehicle will I go there again.
